Sidewalk Chalk and Hopscotch

The boys had a great time playing with Auntie Em while we were in Tucson. They wanted her to play with them constantly and she was pretty good about letting them bug her. Besides PlayDoh, one of the things that she did with them was play with sidewalk chalk.

Don't you love this camper that Jacob drew next to a palm tree? Pretty cool.

The boys definitely think Auntie Em is pretty cool. She helped Jacob make an enormous hopscotch board... all the way from A to Z.

Yes, it was warm enough that the boys were outside in the shade without jackets on! So nice!

Jacob had a great time playing hopscotch, and I love these pictures of him jumping from square to square. He is pretty good at hopscotch and it was fun to watch him play.

Ephraim did help make sidewalk chalk pictures outside, but I was working on his quilt and didn't get a picture of him in action. When I was taking these pictures he was being obstinate and did not want to play hopscotch. That's a three-year-old for you!
