Jacob had tons of fun finding all the eggs I had hidden. I would walk around with him and give him a general idea of where he might look for some more eggs.
I thought he looked so cute walking around with his red bucket.
He was very excited to find the Easter eggs! He would shake each one and exclaim, "there's candy inside!"
We didn't actually eat very much of the candy before church, and actually most of the eggs still have candy in them.
We were glad that the weather turned out sunny and warm because on Saturday (Joe's birthday!) it rained most of the day.
I couldn't decide which pictures I liked the best, so that is why there are so many. I just think my kids are so darn cute!

So fun! We've moved our Easter hunting to Saturday so we have enough time b/c we had the same trouble on Sunday mornings.

ReplyDeleteLooks like Jacob had tons of fun! My kids enjoyed their hunt too! You might try having Jacob hide eggs for you later this week to find. My kids did that for each other and it took up a lot of time the other day! Don't worry about posting so many pictures. It's your blog. You can do whatever you want with it!
ReplyDeleteThe more pictures the better. We love it that way. You will be glad you did, too, when you want to remember what goes with the pictures. It is good to have lots of pictures, but your comments make them come to life today and in the future. The blog is for you, but very valuable to us as grandparents far away, too. It is the highlight of our day to sit and read what you have been up to and look at the boys pictures. Thanks.
